Goblin

The homo-goblin or commonly called goblin species is not to be confused with the many savage goblin species that exist in the world. This specific goblin species have grown with civilization creating their own cultures and lifestyles based on those cultures. Many of the goblin races have gone on to make impactful contributions to the world. For example, the Do'Kol helped invent steam powered technology along side the Ramhar gnomes. The goblins might be small and sometimes unpleasant to look at but they are smarter than they appear.
