Aves

The aves species consists of different races. With the exception of the Washian halfoid race, the races of aves are a mix of bird and human genetics. The Washian race while still considered an aves species it is also part of the elven species. The major feature that classifies a creature to be part of the aves species is their wings and digitigrade talon feet.

Basic Information

Anatomy

The aves species are part bird and part human with their legs and heads being more animalistic and the rest being humanoid. Besides the visible appearance of their heads and talon feet their most notable feature are the wings extruding from their backs. Their skeletal stucture consists of being mostly human with the exception of their bird wing limbs and digitigrade legs.

Genetics and Reproduction

The aves species reproduce based on the females reproductive system. Typically reproduction is internal fertalization followed by laying an egg that is incubated until hatched. This is only if the female is of the aves species. If the female is not of the aves species the reproduction process is based on the females genetics and reproduction process.
