Condensation forms on your conduit right before it bellows out a cone of hot steam. Any targets within the cone must make a reaction check in order to move out of the way or take damage.
This spell can be used to fill steam canisters with tech mechanic mastery, providing 10 bursts per channeling. If the canister is being refilled the standard rules apply. See Power Sources.
