They have passed the steel stomach of your ancestors down to you. The condition of food does not negatively affect you. You can consume spoiled or otherwise expired food and drinks without becoming sick. The expired food gives you the same benefits as if it was fresh.

The energetic ancient blood of your ancestors flows through your veins. Taping into that power grants you the ability to turn completely invisible for a short period for the indicated amount of time. As this is a focus ability, performing any harmful or hazardous actions or channeling a spell causes this ability to end.
