Dwarf
The dwarf species consists of many races of similar stature. While the most common are the Del, Gronti, and Karak there are many others that are less known and even some that are unknown to most. The dwarves closest genetic relative is the human and gnome as they have the closest physical features to each other.
Basic Information
Anatomy
The dwarven species tend to have short bulky skeletal structure making them tend to stand short and wide. However, this varies between dwarven races as some are more stalky. Otherwise, the dwarven species has the typical skeletal structure as other homo genus species with a head, torso, two arms, and two legs.
Genetics and Reproduction
Dwarves reproduce through internal fertalization in the same manner as many of the other mammal based homo genus species.
Additional Information
Perception and Sensory Capabilities
The sensory capabilities of the dwarf species is on par with other homo genus species in that they all have normal vision. Through genetic mutations it is possible for dwarves to have keen eyes for metal working. Other possible genetic mutations can include the ability to turn invisible, holding larger amounts of water than other homo genus species, or tougher skin to resist fire effects and damage.
