Transmute Food

Touching the material being used, you can change its structure into edible food. What the food looks like is up to you, but the food tastes bland and plain. Adding spices to the material before transmuting it gives the food a little more flavor, but not much.

The amount of food that can be created is based on the amount of essence used. For the indicated amount of essence you spend, you can create one pound of food. However, the amount of material needed is double the amount of food you are creating. So, if you want to make two pounds of food, you need four pounds of the material.

The food lasts for ten days before it reverts into the original material. One pound of this food is enough nourishment for one day.
