These small energy filled crystals are the a source of power for runic items that require a charge. Their origins are unknown and how they are created is a mystery, but what is known is that they are unbelievably valuable when you have a chargeable runic item.
Each crystal holds thirty charges, and once they have all been used, it disintegrates.
