Ratimus (Disease)
When this creature bites another their is a chance that the target becomes inflicted with the Ratimus disease. The target must make a stamina check versus DR 10 to resist. Rolling a one automatically fails.
Ratimus is a disease that targets the nervous system. Leaving the illness untreated can cause it to move to the brain and possibly death. After 1d4+2 days from getting bitten, the bite becomes itchy. The following day, the victim starts to feel ill with fever, hot flashes, aches and pains, and headaches. An antitoxin of class 2 or greater must be consumed within seven days from when the symptoms started. They must pass a stamina check, DR 10, or fall into the dying condition. While under the effects of the disease, all rolls suffer a -1.
