Every twenty feet traveled costs the indicated amount, up to double your movement per ten seconds. The trail of ice remains on the ground for ten seconds before evaporating. While the ice is present, the area is difficult movement and requires a reaction check to cross. Failing the reaction check knocks the target prone.
