Hydro Swirl
You conjure multiple thick flowing streams of water that swirl around your body granting you +2 defense against attacks other than advanced weaponry that is actively using a power source (i.e. an arm or a melee weapon that has its burst ability activated). The streams of water can be manipulated and used as a whip in order to deal damage to targets with in the spells range. The spell can only be activated on the channeler and up to one target can be attacked using the whip. Attacking with the water whips is a magic attack and costs two actions per attack.
