Hydro Pump

A massive stream of highly pressurized water shoots from your conduit upon activation of this spell. The stream is five feet wide and twenty feet long. Anything within its area of effect must either make a reaction check to move out of the way or a stamina check to resist the force of the water. Using a stamina check increases the spell difficulty by one and the targets take half damage on a successful save, but full damage on a failed save. If there is no open space to move out of the water’s area of effect, a stamina check must be made as a reaction check isn’t possible.
