Forbidden Life
To perform the Forbidden Life spell is to play god. This spell has been banned from use in most energetic schools, as those who have tried have gone mad. Many religions think creating life should be left to the gods, so this spell is seen as unethical.
You have to collect and pile the material instead of leaving it in its natural state to create the being.
You can create a living being by using the listed materials, spending the indicated cost, taking the indicated damage, and spending the entire indicated actions. This newly created being appears to be a humanoid that the channeler has seen before in person, including themselves.
Each time this spell is channeled, a new version of the creature from the previous channeling is created. They keep all their past compounded memories until their most recent past versions existence ended (died or the spells duration ended). If you cast the spell for the fourth time, the creature will have memories of the previous three versions.
The creature’s stats are created as if making a new character except they start with the same racial bonuses and species as the channeler for mutations. They get their statistics but not traits, cultural disciplines or starting equipment. They are also always two levels behind the Channeler’s level in total talents.
It is recommended when using this spell to prepare a head of time as the player. This is because you are making an additional temporary character that can be brought back multiple times.
To prepare, make the creature in advance by rolling its stats and creating it as a new character that is two levels below yours and meets the spell's requirements.
The creature's anatomy is similar to that of a human with skin, muscles, organs, and bones, but its skin has unique patterns and colors based on the material used to create it. The channeler decides its overall appearance, which cannot be changed after the first channeling of this spell. If the channeler is a Bionix, their original sub-species before becoming a Bionix is used. Its species is halfoid for mutations (construct/original species).
Being a new born their first three versions have limited speech abilities and must be taught languages. However, they are created fluent in Runic.
The longer the creature remains alive, their body slowly flakes, cracks, and breaks apart until they crumble to dust once the spells duration ends. The last day of the spells duration, all rolls are unlucky and their health is halved. If they gain the dying condition or die based on the death rules, they crumble to dust.
