Energy Repellant
Option One
Your body is filled with the energy type chosen before channeling this spell. While the energy is flowing through, your body gives off the energy’s color along with small visual effects. If the spell is active, you gain both damage and effect resistance to the chosen energy. If you were damaged by a certain energy type (like psionic damage), you'll heal an amount equal to your associated statistic at the start of your turn. Only the damage caused by the energy’s damage type is healed. So, if the chosen energy is Elemental (Fire) and you have a five in fighting, you gain fire resistance (damage and effects) and any health lost from fire damage is healed by five at the start of your turn.
Option Two
This option allows you to block an attack that uses the energy type you chose for this spell. Before activating the spell, you must declare the energy type. Channeling the spell using this option sends a large pulse of the chosen energy towards the attack, completely blocking it. This option can only be channeled before the attacker has made any attack or damage rolls, but after the attack is declared. This option can block area of effect attacks, but only the channeler is protected.
