Demotivate
A target of your choosing that is within the indicated range must succeed on a psyche check or lose all motivation for doing whatever task they are currently doing (i.e. fighting in combat, intimidating someone, stealing, etc.). Upon losing motivation, the target stops performing the task immediately. At the beginning of the target’s turn, they must succeed on a psyche check to resume their task. The effects of being demotivated last for the indicated duration of the spell, until it is dispelled or ended by the channeler.
