Daggers of Time
Activating the spell using one action materializes translucent daggers that float in front of you for the duration of the spell. Throwing a dagger is a magic attack that uses two actions but must be a called shot. Called shots to the head cannot instantly kill the target.
When a dagger pierces a target, it solidifies, causing damage to the target and paralyzes the area of the body struck. The area of the body remains paralyzed for the effect duration or until the target uses two actions to remove the dagger. If removed the dagger blinks out of existence. The paralyzing effects not only cause the body part to gain the paralysis condition, but also locks it in its physical location, preventing the target from using movement.
