Confusion

A target of your choosing must make a psyche check to resist the clouded and confusing voices swarming their thoughts. The thoughts confuse and befuddle them to where they cannot tell the difference between friend or foe. After the initial psyche check, at the beginning of the target’s turn, they must roll a psyche check at a negative one versus the spell’s difficulty to fight the confusion. Failing the check, they cannot tell the difference between ally or foe.

Outside of combat, the target gains the disorientation condition for the duration of the spell. They have a tough time remembering who they are, where they are, and what the current situation is.
