Chrono's Charm
Time around the target reverses, undoing any damage or effects they had on them. Healing is determined by the targets vitality multiplied by half the cost of the spell up to a maximum of times ten.
This spell has three costs the first provides healing and the second is added to the first when wanting to heal and remove a negative condition. The third cost can be spent by itself to revive a target from the dying condition reverting them as if they never gained it. It only revives dying, not dead targets. They do not suffer any dying fatigue when revived with this spell.
This spell actions are based on how it is channeled. Healing uses two actions, healing and cure use three, and reviving uses four.
