Abilities
Cloak & Dagger
You can use your thievery for an associated statistic with offensive combat skills instead of its original associated statistic. The bonuses gained from this mastery is removed when wearing heavy armor.

Night Vision Rank 1 (Night Eyes)
Cost: 1 essence for every 4 hours
When active, you can see up to 120ft. in the dark as if seeing in normal vision. However, anything after 60ft. is blurry and hard to make out.
Only Assassin's Tools
You have unlucky rolls when using weapons that are two-handed, interchangeable, heavy, or ranged (excludes throwing weapons). Interchangeable weapons can be used but only singled handed. You cannot wear heavy armor.
Shadow Strike (Assassin's Apprentice)
You have a set number of Assassin Dice equal to your reaction instinct. Each die represents 1d6 of necrosis damage or a +1 to your attack. There is no limit on how many dice are used per attack and the damage can stack with a sneak attack. When flanking or making a surprised attack instead of spending a die for +1, you can choose to spend one die and roll it, adding the result to your attack. Only one die can be used and does not stack with other Assassin Dice. Assassin Dice can also increase thievery skill rolls. For every skill tier your reaction instinct reaches, one assassin die can be added to your skill roll, up to a maximum of three dice. Assassin Dice must be added before any roll is made that they can be applied too. Once you have completed a full rest, you gain back Assassin Dice equal to your thievery. You cannot have more dice than your reaction instinct. They can only chain once per use.
Sneak Attack Rank One
You can bypass the damage reduction of armor. In addition, gain +1d6 sneak attack damage.
Thieves’ Mark
Throughout the world thieves’ guilds have marked shops and other locations with special markings. These markings indicate where fellow thieves can find the black market in order to fence their goods. Being a member (or former member) of a thieves’ guild you can identify these markings in order to find a fence. This mastery is free, and the requirements are ignored if your culture is Guildite: Thieves’ Guild.
